Business Systems Implementation
There are two primary ways in which we can help you improve your business systems in the operation of varied areas of your firm - and to support the interactions between those functional areas. You need both to work well. If sales works well and fulfillment works well - but they don't work well together, you're missing huge profit potential.
We can work on site to lead the project for you, leaving you with an effective and scalabale set of processes and procedures - and a system for making sure that those processes stay current in the future.
Or we can play a more consultative role coming in on a regular basis to advise and direct your hands-on team.
The amount of time we'd spend on this depends upon your current circumstances and the scope of your project.

Marketing & Sales Uplift Project
In short hours each month for a few months, we can review and improve your marketing and sales effort resulting in a notable upswing in profitable sales over the next year. We're always happy to be as hands-on as you want, but this can work great if we play a more pure consulting role and come in each week to work with your key players, who then do most of the work.
You are in the business of finding good customers. Do you have a professional program to do this consistently, or are you reactive and purely opportunistic?
Estimate 8 hours a month for 3 months. A project like this typically involves the following:

* exploration of market opportunity
* target market identification
* go-to-market plan
* success metrics
* value proposition clarification

Marketing Lift
This package digs more deeply in your marketing program and leaves you with positioning, market messaging and targets, inhouse systems and an outbound program to consistently bring in the qualified prospects you need. It sets you up to have an effective and sustainable marketing initiative rather than on-and-off situational efforts.
You might be surprised how much we can accomplish in so little time. But we're especially good at quickly getting what is important done. We've done it so many times that we build great marketing programs in very short order.
We have lots of affiliates who can design and build websites, create flyers, and generate any other marketing material needed. Frequenlty we get things done better and more easily with them. But if you have established vendors who do a good job for you, that's fine with us. We particularly enjoy helping your inhouse marketing team develop.
Estimate 10 hours a month for 5 months. This package will normally include:
* regular weekly or biweekly meetings
* assessment of current condition
* research and analysis of market(s) potential
* determination of the best next market for you
* clarification of company value proposition
* clarification of product and market key messages and selling propositions
* improvement of systems for managing marketing program
* go-to-market plan for new and/or current markets

Company Strategic Planning
We've done this for many firms. A critical ingredient in our approach is that you come out of this process with an agreed-upon Action Plan in addition to statements of mission, principals, goals and objectives.
The program consists of our meeting with key people in your firm individually first to get oriented and get to know them a bit, creation of a simple survey for participants, preparation for strategic planning sessions, facilitation and contribution to the strategic planning sessions, and then output of your Company Strategic Plan.
A deeper approach could include our doing a couple of interviews with customers or prospects in your market sector, and a more thorough surveying of a larger group within your firm.
Estimate a day for initial meetings and creation of a participant survey, a half-day for meeting preparation, and then 2 strategic meeting sessions - one full and one half day. Than another half day of our time to gather and share the outcomes. Total about 4 days of our time.

Executive Advisor
We'll come in at least once a month so we keep our connection and stay current with what you are working on. And you can call on us when you need an opinion, are looking for some resources, want to run an idea by us, are facing a particular challenge or want to know what we think about a particular opportunity and how to take best advantage of it. Or we'll meet you for a coffee if you need a bit of encouragement!
